We will give radiators & heat exchangers from industrial applications, special-purpose vehicles, large diesel or gas engines and transmissions a new lease on life.

The level of detail in our refurbishment means we do not just repair – we remanufacture. Remanufacturing is carried out using standardised and proven repair and cleaning processes. Our team cleans the radiators, replaces worn parts such as gasket sets or bolts and manufactures new components, as required.

After our remanufacturing process, we test all components for function and durability. Mandatory pressure tests with different media, along with temperature simulations, ensure the long-term quality and reliability of your radiator - guaranteeing long-lasting performance and reliability.

Cleaning and remanufacturing technology
With our in-house developed ultrasonic impulse-pressure flushing (IPF) cleaning process, we are able to clean radiators thoroughly and residue-free. Oil deposits and metal shavings are flushed out safely – even from the most inaccessible areas.
Our combination of ultrasonic cleaning and impulse-pressure flushing is our competitive advantage in the industry. We do not just claim it — we are ready to prove it!
