Disassembly & Advanced Cleaning
Careful disassembly and component evaluation. Depending on the heat exchanger / radiator, we may use various methods such as water, heat, chemical treatment, mechanical processes, ultrasonic-cleaning, and/or high-pressure cleaning to remove internal contamination and deposits of all kinds.

Repair & Restoration
We restore every component with precision through media blasting, surface preparation, polishing and remanufacturing to OEM standards. All bolts, screws, gaskets, and other critical components are replaced with new parts to ensure reliability, performance and appearance.

Specialised Welding
Where necessary, our welders apply specialised techniques to ensure a sealed and durable result. Wherever possible, original components are retained and reconditioned using precise brazing processes, helping to reduce costs without compromising quality.

Testing & Quality Assurance
Every cooling unit is pressure tested across multiple media to guarantee complete sealing, reliable and uncompromising performance in accordance with AS1210 and in alignment with ISO 9001.

Thermodynamic Drying & Finish
Each unit is finished with a high-quality protective coating. Drying is carried out in thermodynamically controlled chambers to ensure complete moisture removal and coating integrity.
