Each component is thoroughly cleaned using advanced methods. Depending on the heat exchanger or radiator, this may include water, heat, chemical treatment, mechanical processes, hydrodynamic cleaning and ultrasonic impulse pressure cleaning to remove even the most stubborn contaminants.

We restore every part with precision — brushing, polishing, and where necessary, manufacturing worn components to original quality standards. All bolts, screws and critical elements are replaced with new ones to ensure maximum reliability.

Our highly skilled welders use specialised techniques to guarantee a perfectly sealed and durable result. Original parts are reused whenever possible through precise brazing processes, reducing costs without compromising quality.

After cleaning, components are dried in thermodynamic controlled chambers. Prior to final finishing, every heat exchanger or radiator is rigorously pressure-tested across multiple media to guarantee absolute sealing and uncompromising performance. As a final step, we professionally finish eat unit with a high-quality coating.
